Спринклерный насос представляет собой горизонтальный одноступенчатый однокамерный центробежный насос, который используется для охлаждения и промывки втулки и поршня буровых насосов с целью продления их срока службы, а также для перекачивания воды с температурой до 80°C или сточных вод с низким содержанием песка. Если спринклерный насос используется вместе с буровым насосом, он имеет ременной привод, в других же случаях используется механический привод.

The spray pump is a kind of single stage single suction horizontal volute pump.It is used to cool and wash the liner and the pistion of the drilling pumps,so as to prolong their service lives,or transfer water that temperature is less than 80 degree celsius or sewage water contains a little sand.It can be belt driven when used on drilling pump or be driven by motor for other use.

Spray pump is single stage single suction horizontal cantilever centrifugal pump. used for oil drilling pump steel sleeve,piston spray,cooling,lubrication, can also be used to deliver water which below 80 ºC,or containing a small amount of sediment . spray pump and oil-drilling pump supporting use belt transmission somesites can also be directly with motor.

Function
Impeller rotates generating centrifugal force,
and the spray pipe assembly takes the water in the water tank to the cylinder liner,
cooling and lubrication to the cylinder liner and piston.
