The valve insert is the main part for the fluid end of mud pump. This quick-wear part decides the lifespan of the valve body. The mud pump part is made of vulcanized rubber. For regular valve insert, both the nitrile rubber and the polyurethane can be used as raw material for the production of abrasion resistant valve insert. Engaged in the industry for years, currently, we have successfully developed the valve insert with good resistance to abrasion and long lifespan, to extend the working efficiency of the mud pump.
