БУРОВОЙ ШЛАНГ

Подобные буровые шланги главным образом применяются в буровых насосах при бурении на нефть. Подходят для осуществления гибкого соединения между верхней частью бурового стояка и вертлюгом, способным на вертикальный ход. Буровые шланги позволяют с лёгкостью осуществлять подобное соединение, надёжно изолируя от вибраций. Подходят для транспортировки среды под высоким давлением, например, подачи воды, нефти, глинистого раствора и пр. во время работ по разработке нефти.

Drilling Rubber Hose
The drilling rubber hose is a kind of high-strength hose widely used in oil drilling industry. It is made of nano material. The improvement in technical performance helps our high-pressure hose achieve good adaptability to both oil-base mud and water-base mud. The specification is in compliance with API Spec 7K standard.

Drilling Rubber Hose-Grade A
The drilling rubber hose of grade A is applicable for well cementation, repairing, and borehole operation. It is suitable for the temperature from -40℃ to 100℃. This range of product is strictly manufactured according to API Spec 7K, SY5469, and ISO 6807 standard. The high-pressure hose is composed of 4 layers.

1. Inner rubber layer: nitrile butadiene rubber
2. Reinforcing layer: 2 layers of high-strength twined steel wire
3. Middle rubber layer: natural styrene butadiene rubber
4. Outer rubber layer: neoprene

Drilling Rubber Hose-Grade B
API Spec 7K, SY5469, and ISO 6807 compliant, the drilling rubber hose grade B is suitable for the working temperature from -40℃ to 100℃. The high-pressure hose is generally used for well cementation, repairing, and borehole operation. This range of product consists of 4 layers.

1. Inner rubber layer: nitrile rubber
2. Reinforcing layer: 2 layers of high-strength twined steel wire
3. Middle rubber layer: natural styrene butadiene rubber
4. Outer rubber layer: neoprene
