Electric motor power sprayer pump is the mud pump supply pump, can have motor drive, so also known as electric sprinkler pump.

It is mainly used for oil drilling mud pump supporting equipment, mainly used in the running process of the pump cylinder liner, piston for flushing and cooling and other mud transport occasions.

Spray Pump is especially matched for mud pump for oil drilling, with the function of flushing and cooling sleeve and pistons in the process of pump operation, as well as include the other situation for transportation mud. We have 7 models of 32and 40 with two structures of direct connection and belt connection value.

No Leakage: Use combined seal relying mainly on mechanical seal and packing subsidiary, the mechanical seal is designed by us with patent ZL20072 007957.2. The service life is 6 times as normal mechanical seal.

The spray pump is a kind of single stage single suction horizontal volute pump.It is used to cool and wash the liner and the pistion of the drilling pumps,so as to prolong their service lives,or transfer water that temperature is less than 80 degree celsius or sewage water contains a little sand.It can be belt driven when used on drilling pump or be driven by motor for other use.

Function
Impeller rotates generating centrifugal force,
and the spray pipe assembly takes the water in the water tank to the cylinder liner,
cooling and lubrication to the cylinder liner and piston.
